Can I have a refund?
The refund will only occur before the service starts, when client/buyer may have processed the order but did not provide any requirements for job completion, which will fit into Cancellation.

How many reviews can I have?
Up to 3 reviews for jobs with 3 days mininum worked.
And 1 review for jobs completed within 24 hours.
How long it takes to have a job done?
In general, up to 1 business day. Custom jobs are calculated specifically case by case, but in general up 1-2 weeks.

How do I manage my account?
Access “My Account” page » /my-account/ or clicking at “user account” icon on top. You’ll see your orders and others account details.
How secure is the admin area?
